At its heart, a central courtyard acts as the nucleus, around which the living areas — lounge, dining room, and kitchen — are arranged. This open core fosters cross-views and a sense of spaciousness throughout.
The design expresses a clear, unadorned honesty. The sloped concrete roof is left bare, unapologetically honest, revealing its structure and bearing witness to the way it has been built.
